The hamburgers are really good!

Really good burger. Not that over expensive cafe burger. Good, juicy and very tastefully. The drink/beer card is loaded. Young and original trendy atmosphere. Very good service. As you might have guessed we where very happy, and it's way cheaper then all the main street cafe burgers.

The burgers here were always a delicacy!And the waitresses were very attentive, of course we want to pay special attention to the service manager (Alex), the best waitress in town for a long time. 😊

The burgers too spongy and the wines of the lowest quality warm not properly repaired and really disgusting to drink !!! The service leaves a lot to be desired and is really not experienced in the area of ​​gastronomy!For me this place is not worth a visit and I will pass this on to the WKO!

I came today with friends from Linz and Vienna for holidays and this restaurant was recommended by a friend of us who lives in Villach. There was only one guy working and we were waiting for almost 30 minutes before he brought the menu (it was in German) so we asked him if he can bring us the English ones and he said: "I'm sorry I don't have too much time" then he went to the next table where 2 guys were sitting and started chatting with them and we were waiting for an extra15 minutes to take our orders (he didn't even take the order for the drinks) so we just left and he continued talking with the other two boys.I totally don't recommend this place, I don't know how the food is but the service (especially the waiter) is very bad and this is not how you should treat your customers.

The reception was friendly. The staff (I think Alexander was his name) were extremely friendly and committed. The burgers were served shortly after ordering and tasted great!

BEST burgers with the BEST service - We went there without any expectations and were overwhelmed by the quality of the food, but moreover by the friendliness and the quality of the service. Perfect place to go if you want a tasty burger with a big smile :) :) We will be back !!!

The ambience was great, but the food was expensive and not that good! The waitress asked if you could round up, although we didn't really want to give one because you didn't serve us.You wait in vain for more drinks.

Greatest burgers in town!

Went here spontaneously and pleasantly surprised! The best burgers we've eaten in a long time, and perfectly priced. Staff super friendly. If we are here again on vacation we will be back 100%. Class 👍🏻

As someone born and raised in America, I know my burgers. This was really below mediocre. Meat was dry and totally flavorless. Cheese was HORRENDOUS and unfortunately there was so much, it was all one could taste. No one actually uses canned cheese on a burger? It’s cheddar. Also, BBQ sauce...? That should be the customers choice. Usually just a “special sauce” is smeared on the bun (mayo and ketchup, plus some other additions). Lastly, I couldn’t believe they didn’t have mustard available as a condiment!

Very fast and kind service, great selection of beers, all for reasonable prices. The cheeseburger had strong barbecue sauce and it took control over the meat, but the burger with jalapeños and coleslaw salad was perfect. Would not mind if the waitress asked for the level of doneness of steak.

Good burgers. The owner / chef spent some time working as a cook in Florida, so he knows how to make an American hamburger. There are several creative burger options on the menu. Good stuff!

Price / performance completely okay! Food was extensive and very tasty!Sauces were discontinued ie. it was not sparred like most restaurants do. The staff was nice and tried hard.Highly recommended!

First visit today, nice Atmosphere. We ordered Fries and burgers (patties medium). Nice to have "FRITZ COLA", awesome. 😏😁 The Taste of both burgers was fantastic, Patty was grilled on point. I can totaly recommend it to everyone. 50/50 will definetly See us again soon.

Service is really bad, the waiter was impolite and absent. We waited more than 20 mins to ask him to bring the menus. He didn't apologize. He served other tables before us. I don't recommend it, there are better places with better service and choice near by.

The burger was just ok - price value not so good. The sweet potato fries were better but far from perfect. A casual but not comfortable place.
